Horse Shows In The Park

SHOW ENTRY PROCESS:

HSITP provides a number of ways to enter our shows. The pre-entry deadline is always the Tuesday evening prior to the show at 8pm. In addition, Riders receive a $5.00 discount if the entry is received by the Sunday before the show. Pre-entries are critical to a horse show's planning and logistical success -as they enable us to determine how many arenas to open, and how many judges and staff to have available to ensure a smooth running show. Even if you've missed the deadline for pre-entry - please send us an email or do an entry so we know we can look for your entries, and potentially advise other riders as well regarding potential class size.

Each entry given to HSITP will receive an emailed confirmation within 24 hours. If you fail to receive a confirmation, please email the show secretary at wittyshowsec@earthlink.net

Classes may be changed at no charge any time up until the show starts, typically Saturday morning at 8am. After the show starts, a $2.00 scratch fee applies and a portion of those proceeds donated to a worthy equine related charity.

We suggest you download the entry form HERE and complete it - even if you are post entering the show or have pre-entered on line or via email - bring it with you to the show office with the required signatures and you'll minimize the time you spend in the office and maximize your opportunity to school and enjoy the show!!

Trainers - note - if you are bringing a large group (5 or more) it may be easier for you to simply drop the pre-entry info and any special instructions ie; tack stalls -- into an email and email it to us rather than doing individual pre-entries. That's OK!! We'll confirm back to you via email.
